HI! how do i get this on mac? I downloaded it but all i see are 1 file and 2 folders, so 3 items in total. Help?

I ACCIDENTALLY SENT A WOMAN WHO
-knitted clothes for premature babies
-abolished slavery
-and baked mean cookies
TO HELL BECAUSE I LIFTED HER CARD AND LET GO OF IT TOO FAST NOOOOOOOO
well, she baked mean cookies. who knows what havoc they caused on Earth
So this is what she sees on her end...
I absolutely love this game! This takes up all of my time thank you!
